Fixed Term Contract (FTC)

Recruiting
If you have a vacancy with a defined end date, or a specific project to complete, and you want a candidate to be an employee just for that period or project, we can help you arrange a Fixed Term Contract (FTC). These are ideal for maternity cover, long-term sick leave or sabbaticals. The length of the contract can be extended if circumstances change.

A Fixed Term Contract is a handy compromise between contracting and permanent – with no compromise on the quality of vacancies we offer.

We can source skilled hourly or daily rate contractors for you, depending on your requirements. Retained by you and exclusive to you, we will carry out executive searches (head-hunting) on your behalf. To give you greater budget control, we divide our fee into three parts: Engagement, Shortlist and Placement.
