Job Description

My client is looking to add a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to their growing team based in Hull. You will have proven experience supporting Windows, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory and Office365 as a minimum. An understanding of SCCM would be highly beneficial, as would ITIL methodologies

Joining a Service Desk you will have the opportunity to provide support on a variety of technical issues using your Active Directory, Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 skills along with Microsoft Exchange and Office365. The successful applicant will bring an energetic and team player approach ideally with some previous experience of working on a Helpdesk / Service Desk or in another IT Support role.
