1st line IT Support Analyst with Windows Server, Exchange and Active Directory knowledge is required by a well-established, major UK company’s Northampton office. The ideal candidate has 2+ years’ experience in a 1st line support capacity and is used to being one of technical IT “go-to” people.
Working closely with the Head of IT, you will support users remotely, face-to-face (when this pandemic is behind us) and on the phone. Also, there are plenty of upgrades, migrations and Greenfield projects on the go, so my client can assure personal development, career progression and an array of new technologies to work with.
