An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join an exciting and reputable client. You will be providing 1st line and 2nd line remote support to IT users. You will have proven experience supporting Windows, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory and Office365, as well as an understanding of network technologies and exposure to supporting hardware.
Joining a Service Desk you will be the first point of contact for IT users and will have the opportunity to provide support on a variety of technical issues using your Active Directory, Windows 7 and 10 skills along with Microsoft Exchange and Office365. The successful applicant will bring an energetic and team player approach ideally with previous experience of working on a Helpdesk / Service Desk or in a similar IT Support role.
You must be a confident communicator able to deliver efficient support with accuracy and attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to continue their technical career with an IT service provider.
