Candidates with 18 months experience working in a 1st line Support / Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk / Support Desk role are required by my client to join their growing 24/7 Service Desk, you will ideally have had exposure to Microsoft Desktop technologies including, Windows 7 and 8. Acting as point of contact for internal & external customers you will join a busy technical support desk providing 1st line support on a 4 on 4 off shift basis. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to continue their technical career with an IT service provider that offers lots of training and progression.
Working closely with the defence industry all applicants must be eligible to gain UK Security Clearance.
