Candidates with 12 plus months experience working in a 1st line Support / Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk / Support Desk role are required by my client to join their growing Service Desk, you will ideally have had exposure to Microsoft Desktop technologies including, Windows 7 and 8, as well as network technologies and hardware. Acting as point of contact for internal & external customers you will join a busy technical support desk providing 1st line support on a dayshift (M-F , 8am to 5 pm). This is a great opportunity for someone looking to continue their technical career with an IT service provider that offers lots of training and progression.
Salary: £19,000 to £22,000
