Do you have a passion for IT ? I am looking for a confident and outgoing individual who has an interest in IT and looking to start or move onto a 1st line support desk. This role will sit within a small IT team where you will provide technical support to users via the telephone, remotely and email.
A proactive person you will be expected to log issues through their ticketing system, evaluate the priority of these tickets and make sure they are assigned to the appropriate team member.
You must have an excellent telephone manner with a sense of urgency and high level attention to detail.
