1st/2nd Line Support Technician – Learn lots of new tech!
You’ve mastered 1st line and done a fair bit of 2nd line support…you know your Exchange, Active Directory and Windows Server yet want to broaden into other areas like databases, CRMs, networks and backup solutions, as well as virtualisation (VMware) and SQL Server. Perhaps you feel you’ve gone as far as you can, want a bigger environment or feel that working at a Managed Service Provider will further your career.
Joining a team of 12, you’ll work with an array of technology (see above) and enjoy solving problems, be they very small ones or coming up with a new, innovative idea to provide a client with a better solution. It’s not a prerequisite, but if you feel you offer a custom
