An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 2nd Line IT Support Analyst to join an exciting and reputable client in Central London. You will be providing 2nd and 3rd line support to IT users. You will have proven experience supporting Windows, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory and Office365. An understanding of networks and network communications TCP/IP, DNS & DHCP would be highly beneficial.
Joining a Service Desk you will be supporting IT users and will have the opportunity to provide support on a variety of technical issues using your Active Directory, Windows 7 and 10 skills along with Microsoft Exchange and Office365. The successful applicant will bring an energetic and team player approach ideally with previous experience of working on a Helpdesk / Service Desk providing 2nd line support or in a similar IT Support role.
