My client is looking for a 2nd / 3rd Line engineer to join their growing team based in Slough. You will have proven experience in working within a customer facing support position providing remote desktop support. An understanding of networks and network communications TCP/IP, DNS & DHCP will be essential. Any experience of Mac OS or Linux would be advantageous.
This is a role where you will get the opportunity to work on a variety of technical issues, supporting the day to day internal technical delivery. The role will involve liaising with customers by phone and email to diagnose faults. You will need to have the flexibility to go to other sites to provide support as and when required.

You will be based in Slough, however some travel to other sites will be required so a full UK frivers licence and access to own vehicle is essential.
