My client is looking for a 3rd Line Engineer to join their growing team based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire You will have proven experience in working within a customer facing role supporting remote desktop support. An understanding of networks and firewalls and wireless networks would be highly beneficial. The purpose of the role is for the candidate to be the team’s escalation point for all technical issues from the 2nd Line Team.
This is a role where you will get the opportunity to work on a variety of technical issues, supporting the day to day internal technical delivery. The role will involve liaising with customers by phone and email to diagnose faults, this role involves having the flexibility to go to other sites to provide support as and when required. The ideal candidate will have knowledge with ERP Systems and Office 365 Migrations. Experience with Azure, AWS or SQL would be advantageous.
