Job: CCNA Network Technician / 1st Line Support / Helpdesk / IT Support
Skills: Full CCNA - within the last three years, 1st Line Support experience within a customer facing environment and to have exposure to WAN Technologies.
My client is looking for a fully qualified CCNA support person. Ideally you will experience within a helpdesk or service desk team undertaking customer support. As a CCNA Technician you will be resolving any technical issues or escalating them to 2nd/3rd Line Engineers. The ideal candidate will be experienced in WAN Technologies alongside Cisco Access and Cisco Call Manager.
Working week: Monday to Friday
Shift patterns: 8am - 4:30pm or 9:30am - 6pm
Basic salary - £26,000 a year
