Working for a leading managed service client coordinating all teh stages of the change process to ensure change requests are managed. Experience working in a managed services
Duties:
- Receive/review customer change requests
- Verify information
- Assign change requests to the appropriate teams
- Maintain the change team planner
Skills:
- Experience working in a similar role within a managed service environment
- ITIL awareness
This is a 6 month fixed term contract
