Cisco focussed Network Support Engineer required of CCNA level and holding the accreditation. The role involves performing basic troubleshooting of Cisco based voice and data networks. Candidates should be used to logging into Cisco routers and switches, making basic configuration checks and changes and resolving faults where they can. LAN focussed, and any skills in the areas of WAN, network security/firewalls, VoIP and/or wireless would be beneficial.
Monday to Friday role, no night shifts.
Candidates who do not demonstrate experience of troubleshooting Cisco based networks on their CV will not be considered. All candidates should also hold or have held a CCNA accreditation. An appreciation or accreditation in ITIL is preferred.
