A new opportunity has arisen for a Contract and Billing Support Administrator for a firm based in Northampton. Supporting internal colleagues and working with clients you will ensure that projects, assignments and contracts are billed accurately and in accordance with agreed timescales.
You will have excellent attention to detail and previous experience within a contracts admin or financial support positon. Solid MS Excel skills are key.
As part of this broad role your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customer and clients with financial, billing and contract queries
- Using the internal financial systems to generate and record data (Sage)
- Produce sales ledger invoices
- Understand, log and record key dates and milestones regarding projects and contracts.
- Support and assist the business with regards to potential fraudulent activity and security risks
Based in Northampton the office provides free parking and is easily accessible from nearby towns such as Wellingborough and Milton Keynes.
