Credit Controller required by multinational IT company in Sunbury-on-Thames. This role will entail resolving accounts discrepancies with customers, issuing credits, liaising with Sales and other departments regarding customer orders, and making informed decisions regarding product shipments for customers who are on credit hold. You will also be reconciling any account discrepancies and preparing documentation for auditors.
Candidates will need excellent verbal and written communications skills with a minimum 1 year’s experience in Credit Control and a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Lotus Notes. Fluency in a second European language would be advantageous but is not essential.
