Customer Operations Team Manager required by my Wakefield based client to join a busy operations team, you will be responsible for your team providing efficient and effective support to business customer requests and issues. You will have managed teams previously and be customer focussed.
Key responsibilities:
- Train, develop and manage your team, ensuring the customer base they’re supporting is receiving the right level of support when responding to end-users to meet their expectations
- Create, implement and monitor KPI'S/ SLA's
- Manage, support and motivate a team of Support Analysts and Team Leads to ensure high quality customer service is provided
- Senior point of contact for stakeholders
- Adhoc projects
The ideal candidate will have previous team leadership experience within a customer focussed role, with strong people management skills and experience working within a fast paced busy environment
