Customer Service (Fluent German required)
My global leading technology client is looking to build on their Customer Service team. This is a key position within the company maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. You will need to be fluent in German, English and 1 other European language.
Duties:
- Monitor Customer satisfaction and Service levels
- Clearly communicate with customers via email and phone in various languages.
- Receive incoming calls, responding to requirements to ensure a smooth experience.
Skills:
- Fluent in German
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in 1 other European language
- Excellent customer service skills, previously working within a similar environment (Telephone, email response in Admin/office environment)
