Job Description
Major multinational technology company seeks a Customer Services Admin Team Leader for an interesting role at their headquarters in Sunbury on Thames.
You will effectively lead team members within the department, who deal with the return and replacement of IT products, whilst liaising with other internal departments and monitoring trends and customer satisfaction to ensure an excellent customer experience. Any German language skills would also be advantageous but are not essential.
This would be a great role for somebody with previous experience of leading a team and who has dealt with returns / replacements of products. Previous customer service experience is essential.
