An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Management Coordinator / Customer Service Specialist to join an exciting and reputable client in Wakefield. You will be responsible for managing all customer escalations/queries, circulating service management reports and maintaining customer relationships.
This role will involve developing effective working relationships with new and existing customers to maintain customer satisfaction at all times, reviewing and circulating service reports and acting as the main point of contact for all escalations/queries.
