Job Description

German and Italian speaking Customer Services Agent required world leading IT company. You will be fluent in English, German and Italian, ideally with some previous experience in a customer focussed environment. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a world leading organisation where you will make full use of your language skills. 

Duties will involve helping customers from German and Italian speaking territories with problems and product enquiries, so a pro-active attitude and good customer care skills are essential.
