Multilingual Customer Services Agent / Customer Service Specialist required by multinational computer hardware company. It is essential that you are fluent in English and German, fluent to business standard. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a world leading organisation where you will make full use of your language skills.
Duties will involve helping customers with problems and product enquiries, so a pro-active attitude and good customer care skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a customer facing or administration role, experience of using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube is highly desirable.
