Trilingual speaking Customer Services Agent / Customer Service Specialist required by multinational computer hardware company. It is essential that you are fluent in English, French and either Spanish or Italian, fluent to business standard. Duties will involve helping customers with problems and product enquiries, so a pro-active attitude and good customer care skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a customer facing or administration role, experience of using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube is highly desirable.
Please be aware that complete fluency in English, French and either Spanish or Italian to business standard is essential for this role. Please do not apply if you cannot speak these languages fluently.
