Voice Engineer required for a field service position. You will have experience of supporting IP PBX systems / VoIP (SIP Trunk and User Endpoints) / Unified Communications solutions. Ideally your voice background will cover installation and support across one of more of the following IP PBX systems Avaya, Siemens, Mitel or Panasonic.
The role involves:
- Providing technical support on voice systems e.g. IP-PBX, SIP trunks, other aspects of VoIP
- Performing a key role during installations/deployment of solutions
- Ensuring all outstanding issues are managed accordingly
- Analysis and diagnosing issues
Candidates must be able to demonstrate previous Voice support and ideally you will hold a City and Guilds, Telecommunication Systems (2730) Level 2 (or above), BTEC Communications Level 2 or above, NVQ Communication Technologies Level 2 or above, IP-PBX platform accreditation e.g. Avaya, Siemens, Mitel, Panasonic
