Multinational computer hardware company requires a Technical Support Engineer fluent English and French speaker to provide technical support to their customers. You will have solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and PC hardware (hard drives, keyboards, mice). It is essential you have a keen interest in computer gaming.
This role will involve liaising with customers by phone and email to diagnose faults, and provide support for their hardware queries. A strong focus on customer service is essential.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a background of providing IT hardware support with knowledge of Microsoft OS and is fluent in English and French.
