Leading UK firm is looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to join their team in Milton Keynes. Working as part of a fast paced IT Support team you will be responsible for resolving technical issues relating to Desktop, Server, networking and telephony issues. You will also support colleagues on project work relating to upgrades, refreshes and rollouts. A broad technical skill set consisting of Exchange, Active Directory and Cisco products is essential.
This role would be well suited to a strong problem solver, excellent communicator and somebody who has demonstrable 2nd Line desktop/helpdesk/service desk experience. ITIL knowledge (Or certifications) is preferred as are excellent organisational and team working skills.
