Major Technology Company is looking to recruit an experienced IT Support Engineer / Technical Analyst (office365, Exchange, Active Directory) to join their head office operation in Milton Keynes. Providing high level technical support and assisting with IT projects this will be a varied role within a growing organisation. Duties include:
- 2nd line Technical / IT / System Support
- Mailbox and user administration – Exchange
- Technical lead on ICT Projects including current Office365 Migration
- Desktop and application support
- Mentoring and training 1st line and helpdesk teams
Suitable candidates will have demonstrable experienced performing a 2nd line support role within an internal IT team. You will be comfortable operating in a varied position made up of support, project work, managing technical documentation and tutoring. Office 365, Exchange and Active skills are required, knowledge of networking and managing VOIP telephony networks is preferred.
Based in Milton Keynes this job is easily commutable from Luton, Bedford, Northampton and Leighton Buzzard
