This established company are looking for a 2nd line Support Engineer to join their growing internal IT Team.
You will be a well-rounded IT Support Analyst whose experience goes beyond logging calls and asking somebody to try turning off and back on again. You will be confident managing incidents and ensuring customer's expectations are set and managed. From a technical point of view solid Windows Support skills are required, you will be comfortable on versions including and beyond Windows 7 and Server 2003. An appreciation for TCP/IP, LAN, WAN and Exchange would be advantageous. General knowledge to support printers, tablets, phones and devices will also be useful.
The expectation is you will be ITIL certified and have good experience of incident and problem management. JIRA experience is useful as is general reporting and data analysis skills.
The role will be home based for the foreseeable yet you must be comfortable getting to the Milton Keynes office when required.
