A fantastic opportunity has been made available for an Internal Sales Account Manager for my client in Sunbury-on-Thames!
They are looking for someone to who is responsible for the trading relationship with one of their key international customers
You will be a key player in maintaining this relationship as well as increasing profit and revenue across the company’s product portfolio.
What will you be doing?
- Monitoring any incoming order from the company’s customer as well as liaising with relevant departments to make sure each order is processed within the correct shipping window
- Make cancellations and manage backorder releases when necessary
- Communicate with couriers about shortages and dispute with the customer once these shortages become official. You will also keep track of the dispute success.
- Manage the customer’s price changes and ensuring that all internal systems are up to date.
- Fluent in English to a business standard
