An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Customer Service Coordinator to join an exciting and reputable client in Swindon. You will be responsible for managing all customer escalations/queries, circulating service management reports and maintaining customer relationships. It is essential you are familiar with working to service delivery standards and frameworks, preferably having ITIL accreditations/awareness.
This role will involve developing effective working relationships with new and existing customers to maintain customer satisfaction at all times, reviewing and circulating service reports and acting as the main point of contact for all escalations/queries.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience working in a customer focused role and will ideally have worked for an IT Managed Services company and have obtained ITIL accreditations or have experience of working to frameworks and service delivery standards.
You will hold or have held Security Clearance in the past, or at least be eligible for Security Clearance so will have had to have lived and working in the UK for the last 5 years.
