IT Service Delivery Coordinator required by an exciting and reputable client in Swindon to join their customer service management team. You will be responsible for managing all customer escalations/queries, circulating service management reports and maintaining customer relationships. Familiarity with service delivery frameworks and standards is highly beneficial as is anyone with ITIL accreditations/awareness. Strong administrative and Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills are essential.
This role will involve developing effective working relationships with new and existing customers to maintain customer satisfaction at all times, reviewing and circulating service reports and acting as the main point of contact for all escalations/queries.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience working in a customer focused role and will ideally have worked for an IT Managed Services company or have a keen interest in IT. A keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy is important for this role as is good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Work, Outlook and PowerPoint. Any candidates with ITIL accreditations/awareness would be highly beneficial.
You will hold or have held Security Clearance in the past, or at least be eligible for Security Clearance so will have had to have lived and working in the UK for the last 5 years.
