IT Service Delivery Manager
Following the introduction of a major new IT service, this leading UK employer are looking to recruit a new team of Service Delivery Managers. The position will grow and involve following the ongoing rollout but the core focus will be to ensure the running and protection of the IT Service. You will be involved in Incident, Problem and Release management and be able to thrive within a varied and changing environment.
The position would suit a flexible and driven IT Service Delivery Analyst or Manager who has strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to make swift yet calculated decisions at times of major incidents and problems. You will play a key role in understanding the business impact of live incidents, carry out post incident reports and also support the business with IT Service Recovery.
