Job Description
Helpdesk / Service Desk Analyst required to join an IT team based in Northampton on a contract basis. Joining for an initial 4 weeks, you are expected to have proven experience in providing IT support around Windows, MS Office and tablets.
Joining an internal IT Service Desk you will have the opportunity to provide support on a variety of technical issues using your Windows, MS Office and Active Directory skills. The successful applicant will bring an energetic and team player approach ideally with some previous experience of working on a Helpdesk / Service Desk.
You must be a confident communicator able to deliver efficient support with accuracy and attention to detail. This role is an initial 4 week contract paying up to £15 p/h.
