We are partnered with a managed service provider who has a number of amazing opportunities to join their companies IT Support Apprenticeship scheme, working on their service desk shift team providing first line 24/7 technical support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and customer service skills, good attention to detail and a flexible approach to work.
In order to qualify for this apprenticeship you’re required to have a minimum five GCSEs or O’Levels at Grade C or above including Maths and English at D or above.
Joining the 24/7 Service Desk you will ideally have an outgoing personality with a want to begin your IT career. I will also consider experienced candidates looking for a career change. During your first year you’ll be provided with 13 solid weeks of training and support, and there is always good long term scope for career progression within this company.
It is essential all applicants be eligible to gain UK Security Clearance.
