Technical Support Engineer / Service Desk Analyst required to join an established IT Company in the Northants area. Providing 1st line application and system support to English and Dutch speaking clients you will enjoy a varied role with scope for progression. Full training and support is provided but previous experience within an IT environment is essential, if you have used your language speaking skills to guide and support customers on the phone that would be a huge plus.
Basic troubleshooting of Microsoft applications is expected along with a calm and confident approach to handling customer’s issues and problems.
The company have a global client base and this positon will be specifically support Dutch speaking markets and therefore fluent speaking, reading and writing skills will be required.
