IT Support Engineer / Technical Analyst required to join a major firm at their offices in Bridgwater. Supporting 100+ users you will be the main point of contact for IT issues and technical projects concerning this site. This is a varied role which will include setting up new users, installing and upgrading laptops and PCs, maintaining the company network and supporting staff with all kinds of technical issues. You will be required to have good Windows skills and previous exposure to Active Directory and Exchange. Solid MS Office skills and a general talent for diagnosing and solving technical faults.
On offer, is a hands on yet customer facing IT Support position which will make full use of your communication and people skills. Salary is circa £25,000 - £30,000 and based in Bridgwater the position is easily commutable from Taunton and Weston Supermare.
