IT Support Engineer / Technical Analyst (Active Directory, Networking) required to support the internal infrastructure of a major UK firm. You will possess excellent customer support skills and the ability to communicate with colleagues of all grades and levels of IT literacy.
In terms of technical skills, my client is looking for an all-rounder and somebody who has experience of:
- Desktop Support
- DNS, DHCP
- Virtualisation – (VMware or HyperV)
- Exchange, Active directory, IIS
- Firewalls (ASA)
- Setting up and configuring VPNs
A full UK driving licence is essential as you will spend your time split between offices in Northampton and Newport Pagnell. There will also be opportunities to work from home.
