Major UK fashion brand is looking to recruit a Desktop Support Analyst to join their growing IT Department in London. You will be providing 2nd and 3rd line support to IT users and will have proven experience supporting Windows, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory and Office365. An understanding of networks and network communications TCP/IP, DNS & DHCP would be highly beneficial.
Joining a well-known company, you will be supporting IT users and will have the opportunity to provide support on a variety of technical issues using your Active Directory, Windows 7 and 10 skills along with Microsoft Exchange and Office365. The successful applicant will bring an energetic and helpful approach to this broad role in which you will support users face to face and remotely.
