Job Description
IT Support Engineer / Technical Analyst (Active Directory, Exchange) required to join an in-house IT Department in Silverstone. Working as part of a small IT Team you will be responsible for managing the day to day infrastructure, troubleshooting problems and acting as a lead on project work. You will possess excellent customer support skills and the ability to communicate with colleagues of all grades and levels of IT literacy.
This is an exciting positon with the scope to grow into an IT Management role. In terms of technical skills, my clients is looking for an all-rounder and somebody who has experience of:
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- Office 365
- Citrix
Within this role you will support circa 100 users based across the UK. Travel isn’t expected but the odd occasion may arise in which you will need to visit the wider business. With that in mind a full UK driving licence is required.
Based at Silverstone, the role is easily commutable from Northampton, Daventry, Towcester, Banbury and Milton Keynes.
