Job Description

Helpdesk / Service Desk Analyst required to join an IT team based in Northampton on a contract basis. You must have proven experience in providing IT support with technical skills in Windows, MS Office, Active Directory as a minimum.

Joining a Service Desk you will have the opportunity to provide support on a variety of technical issues using your Windows, MS Office and Active Directory skills. The successful applicant will bring an energetic and team player approach ideally with some previous experience of working on a Helpdesk / Service Desk or in another IT Support role.

You must be a confident communicator able to deliver efficient support with accuracy and attention to detail. This role is a 3 month contract, offering up to £12 per hour, looking for an immediate start.
