Job Description
IT Support Team Leader with good Windows7, MSOffice and mobile management skills i.e. iOS, Android, tablets etc is required to lead an intelligent end user support function in Goole. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record managing a team in a busy support environment and be well-versed with End user technologies. Exposure to ITIL methodology would be advantageous, although the most important thing is to be a strong team leader/ manager who is able to look after budgets (when needed) and have a realistic and professional attitude when it comes to buying kit and leading a busy, fast-paced and dynamic team. It is essential that you have proven experience of supporting internal users.
