Junior Application Support Engineer required to join a fast-paced company, in a customer focused environment supporting users with a range of application issues. Experience of working with SQL is highly desirable as is anyone with experience in report querying. You will have excellent communication skills and have general all round abilities to help the IT department.
The role will include both system monitoring and responding alerts as well as reactive customer support. You will work with customers to replicate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents including root cause analysis, writing SQL queries to pull data from databases to check data integrity and analysis of other data sources.
