Junior Data Centre Engineer / Support Analyst / 1st Line Support Analyst required by Leading UK employer to join their expanding team in Northampton. Within this junior role you can expect training and support as you establish a career in the IT and Operations Sector. You will gain exposure to Microsoft applications, network monitoring tools and backup products.
You will gain system and hardware knowledge whilst working with high profile clients to offer support and monitoring services. As you build your technical skills and demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced environment you can expect to be promoted and rewarded with a salary increase.
Suitable candidates should have a passion for technology and ideally have recent IT qualifications or technical certifications. Relevant college or university work is preferred but candidates with limited commercial IT exposure will be considered. A willingness to learn and excellent problem solving and fault finding skills are essential. You will be a strong communicator and possess outstanding communication and customer service skills.
