My client is looking for someone with who is keen to learn and progress within their IT career. You will be part of the team supporting the company’s software for world famous clients and reputable companies across the country. You will gain system and hardware knowledge whilst working with high profile clients to offer support and monitoring services. As you build your technical skills and demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment you can expect to be promoted and rewarded with a salary increase.
Suitable candidates should have a passion for technology and ideally have recent IT qualifications or technical certifications. Relevant college or university work is preferred but candidates with limited commercial IT exposure will be considered. A willingness to learn and excellent problem solving and fault-finding skills are essential. You will be a strong communicator and possess outstanding communication and customer service skills.
