Junior Service Management Analyst / Service Delivery Analyst required to join a major Change and incident Team in Northampton. Within this core hours (no shift / on call) role you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Incident and Problem Managers with the preparation of MI and Data as well as chairing and leading key service meetings.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody to learn ITIL and grow within a dedicated ITSM Team where you can gain exposure to Incident, Problem and Change Management. You will receive on the job training and learn from experienced professionals as part of a busy and proactive department.
You will have experience to either an IT, Service Delivery or Change department and be self-starter and solid problem solver. On top of this you will be a strong and confident communicator and possess intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills. This is a permanent role offering excellent scope for growth and development.
