Major UK firm is looking for an experienced MS BI Developer to operate as a hands on people manager. Leading a team of 3, you will enjoy the coaching and managerial aspects as well as the technical side of Database and Data warehouse Development (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS and Tableau). 

Working alongside Senior Managers you will play a key role in shaping and evolving the development processes, scoping and planning projects and making relevant decisions around future technologies and BI tools.

Previous team lead experience is preferred but the client are happy to consider Senior BI / Database Developers looking to make the next step and grow into management. From a technical point of view you must have solid experience of the MS Business Intelligence stack and ideally have prior exposure to either case management, ERP or CRM applications.

The team are currently working from home yet do hope to return to their Peterborough office in 2021, you must therefore be happy to commute to Peterborough 3 times a week.
