Hands on support leader wanted to in a brand new role in Coventry.
With a good background leading a technical team I am looking for someone with sat between 2nd and 3rd level support with hands on windows, exchange, AD and ideally some Citrix skills with experience working to ITIL processes (ideally holding an ITIL accreditation). Acting as the lead on incidents and change you will be the go to on everything support related within an internal environment. Managing just 1 other you will have the ability to communicate with other members of the dept, customers and external parties and more importantly have the ability to implement ITIL processes into the company.
Responsible for technical upgrades across the business including mobile devices, laptops, printers, MS Office and Active Directory you will also install manage and support desktop applications and build laptops and iOS devices.
