Job Description
Key skills: Lead Developer, Senior Developer, Development Manager, C#, MVC, SQL Server, .NET
Lead .NET Developer - £55,000, 10% bonus
My client is not a .NET industry leader working with the latest technologies. They aren’t a global phenomenon. They are not investing £80bn into their R&D team. They’re not even a jazzy start-up with bean bags and pan pipe music in the background, although the beer fridge is restocked from time to time. They are a group of technical and sales professionals that have been doing their thing for many years; the company’s been through changes, has settled and, due to a restructure, they have an opening for someone to lead a team of 8 developers.
You’ll oversee a small team, work closely with customers and enjoy providing an engaging, positive service. There’s nothing overly-fancy about this role but if you are a senior developer and want to progress into a lead or management role, that this is probably worth looking into.
If you’re a lead developer looking for a change or a senior developer looking for a step-up, then let’s talk. I even had a pretty good job spec (more than one paragraph) and a relationship with this company spanning almost 10 years, so why not cure your curiosity and make contact.
