This contract offers a home based / remote working opportunity for a Mitel Unified Communications Engineer with broad support knowledge spanning the MiVoice suite, in particular MiVoice Business. Duties will include
- Diagnose and resolve faults
- Monitoring of the job queue
- Providing technical support to field engineers
- Assisting 3rd line support with more in-depth
The suitable candidate will have a choice of working from home or from one of my clients’ offices. To be considered you should have demonstrable experience of several years experience supporting Mitel Unified Communications products within the MiVoice suite.
