Network Change Engineer required to co-ordinate, plan, design and implement customer’s network configuration changes to managed service accounts. It is essential that you have several years’ commercial Cisco Network support experience with a CCNA and/or CCNP accreditation, strong routing and switching skills and a good level of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) skills is expected.
The engineer will perform technical validation of any submitted change requests, ensure that changes are implemented with a low risk approach to minimise the impact on the service and design and document all necessary lines of configuration appropriate to the change.
It is essential that you Cisco Network support experience with strong routing and switching skills along with a CCNA and/or CCNP accreditation. Network Change control / co-ordination and experience of working in a Network Operations Centre (NOC) / Network Management (NMC) environment is preferred. Awareness of ITIL is beneficial.
